refuel agency was selected to create a 10,000 square foot dynamic and interactive gaming presence at the industry’s largest tradeshow, E3, held at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

refuel agency assembled and managed a team of skilled fabricators, construction, lighting, audio, and sound engineers to bring together an award-winning show presence to announce new additions to both the Disney Infinity and Fantasia franchises. Industry press, media outlets, bloggers and hard core gaming enthusiasts with an introduction to Disney’s next generation Infinity game title and the integration of the Marvels legendary characters into the series.

Attendees were treated to hands on demos from studio game developers and brand experts who downloaded them on everything they needed to know about both version 2.0 and the new Fantasia titles.

The towering exhibit featured giant cityscapes, ceiling rigged HD LED display panels, familiar landmarks like Stark towers, oversized 3D character game pieces and a suspension bridge to serve as the main exhibit entrance.

Themed rooms for individual and group play incorporated textures and props that mirrored game environments making the titles come to life. Long queue lines led to the popular #superheroselfie photo activity area where attendees could share the spotlight with their favorite Marvel character and instantly share their picture socially to their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or email account.
