refuel agency was picked to promote, and drive sales of, Samsung’s Galaxy S III smartphone among college students. The Agency developed and executed a three-month place-based media campaign to students attending college in the top 5 DMAs nationwide. More than 3,000 place-based media units were deployed at 127 colleges with enrollment totaling 1.6 million. The program garnered 389 million impressions each week and students from all 127 colleges downloaded Samsung content directly to their phones.
